Rope Partner has an immediate need for experienced wind turbine rope access blade repair technicians that are looking to become senior fiberglass technicians with the company.
3+ years of wind turbine composite blade repair experience. (2+ considered)
SPRAT Level 3 supervisor certification. Applicants holding IRATA certification or lower levels of SPRAT certification with strong backgrounds in composite blade repair are still encouraged to apply
Proven ability to work safely. You will be an expert at hazard identification and mitigation
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and general computer use for report writing and record keeping
Must be ready and willing to undertake extensive travel and time away from home during projects
Legal ability to work in additional countries/regions would be seen as advantageous although not required

Candidates that do not currently meet the minimum SPRAT Level 1 requirement to apply are strongly urged to participate in one of Rope Partner’s rope access training courses before applying. Of course you don’t have to take a SPRAT course with us; however it will give you the opportunity to interact with us at our office during that week.

The expectation of our technicians is a commitment to work in the field for up to 5 weeks at a time before returning home. If you’re the travelling type, we’ll cover an equivalent cost towards a destination of your choosing at the end of a project.
